You will safeguard clients by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting site operations with integrity and teamwork.

Key duties include access control, incident response, and regular patrols. The role requires 18+ (21+ for armed) and a HS diploma, with background checks and drug screening as standard

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized personnel, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-control documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:
