Job Description

As a Security Officer - Auto Patrols in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with security-related matters, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual behavior or situations.
• Document and report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
