Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Field Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients across tech, media, and telecom locations, patrolling by vehicle and on foot to deter incidents and deliver professional customer service. • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts and responders.

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Field Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post includes routine vehicle and foot patrols, observation and reporting, and professional customer service. You will use clear communication and teamwork while supporting a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
