Job summary

Securitas, Inc. at SIG Sauer in Exeter, NH and Epping, NH is seeking full-time or part-time Security Officers. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and reliable performance, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Shifts include Exeter 1:00pm-7:00pm (30 hrs/wk), Exeter 3:00pm-11:00pm (40 hrs/wk), Epping 11:00pm-7:00am (40 hrs/wk), and a Fri-Tue 11:00pm-7:00am schedule (40 hrs/wk). The pay ranges from $21-$23/hr with a progression after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Military and/or law enforcement experience a plus.
• Reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols in various weather conditions.
• Stay alert with great attention to detail.
• Able to perform access control duties.
• Reliable transportation and communication.

Securitas Security Services is expanding our Security Team at SIG Sauer in Exeter, NH and Epping, NH. We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Security Officers to fill these roles.

The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. Schedules/Shifts Available

Exeter - 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 7:00pm, 30 hrs/week

Exeter - 2nd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, 40 hrs/week

Epping - 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am, 40 hrs/week

Epping/Exeter - 3rd Shift, Friday – Tuesday, 11:00pm - 7:00am, 40 hrs/week

Pay Rate

1st Shift - $21.00 /hr

2nd Shift - $22.00 /hr

3rd Shift - $23.00 /hr

**1st Shift starts off at $21.00/hr, after 6 months of employment with Securitas at SIG Sauer, automatically bumped up to $22.00/hr.
