***CURRENT N.J. ARMED SORA CARD AND CARRY PERMIT REQUIRED OR N.J. RPO / MILITARY EXPERIENCE ALSO CONSIDERED***

THREE POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

SUNDAY AND MONDAY, 3PM TO 11PMFRIDAY AND SATURDAY, 7AM TO 3PMFRIDAY AND SATURDAY, 11PM TO 7AM

Exceptions to the Law Enforcement requirement are:

• Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to lawenforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite MilitaryForces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat Zone
• A minimum of eight (8) or more years of service in any militarybranch
• Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military orcivilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adultcorrections, or firefighter field
• Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice relatedstudies
• Associate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement orcriminal justice with current or prior active military service

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
