Walden Security in Nashville, TN is seeking dedicated Security Officers (armed and unarmed) to protect client facilities and people. Training will be provided; applicants must be 25+ with a valid license and clean driving record.

A resume is required for consideration and onboarding includes state security licensing support. Responsibilities include patrolling, reporting incidents, enforcing policies, assisting staff, and responding to emergencies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; security training or certification a plus.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards.
• Enforce policies, access control, and visitor management.
• Provide directions and assistance to staff and visitors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies (medical, fire alarms, security breaches).
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and interactions with authorities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify security risks.
