What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; request additional support when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of entertainment areas, retail spaces, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry, screening procedures, and visitor flow in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and irregular conditions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security‑related experience.
• Have supervisory experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a .40 caliber endorsement.
• Have at least four years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Possess a California weapons permit with a 9mm caliber endorsement.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
