Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Armed Patrol Driver Documentation Security Officer in Donna, TX. You will perform armed patrols in a retail setting, deter incidents and deliver friendly customer service while following site procedures and policies.

As an Armed Security Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the grocery retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations through required channels to help deter theft, trespassing, and other incidents.
• Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures, and complete required reports and documentation accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
