Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Fairburn, GA to protect financial institutions and other clients. This full-time driving role emphasizes visible patrols, customer service, and strict adherence to site policies and laws.

You will perform regular armed patrols, monitor access, document incidents, and coordinate with leadership. A valid driver's license, 21+ years, and 3+ years of security or related experience are required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Armed security experience preferred; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain awareness of persons entering or leaving the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws regarding armed duties.
• Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Fairburn, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
