Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Armed Security Officer in Mobeetie, TX. You will conduct armed patrols, deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to security concerns with professionalism and clear communication.

This full-time role requires a Level III Armed Certification in Texas, be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background and drug-screen checks. Pay is $25.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Access Screening in Mobeetie, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This Texas position requires Level III Armed Certification. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-driven, and integrity-focused values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate emergency services and site contacts as needed.


• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.


• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.


• Maintain required reports and documentation regarding patrols, incidents, inspections, and daily activities while following applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.


• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
