Qualifications

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, vendors, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and vendor access, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, clubhouse grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with traffic flow, deliveries, special events, and other location-specific activities.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
