Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Humble, TX. You will provide armed patrols, assist store personnel with security procedures, and ensure customer safety across the site.

The role offers flexible hours with the potential to pick up additional shifts. Pay starts at $17.25 per hour, plus benefits and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Must hold Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be state/local dependent.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations calmly and professionally, following established response protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to appropriate store personnel and Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete required activity reports and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Humble, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun04:00 PM - 11:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
