As a Security Officer - Armed Government Premises in Manson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Government. Your role involves patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents through visible presence, conducting routine patrols, interacting with individuals on site, and providing excellent customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Daytime, Mon 05:45 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and respond to emergencies as per site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
• Maintain a visible presence within the government facility.
• Document and report unusual activity or incidents.
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• North Carolina Armed Security Professional License (preferred).
• Armed Guard Card or License (preferred).
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card (preferred).
• At least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Participate in security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
