Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed CPO Patrol in Atlanta, GA. The role involves safeguarding government locations, conducting armed patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering professional customer service to our clients and staff.

As part of Allied Universal, you will work a daytime schedule on a full-time basis, with a pay rate of $22.72 per hour. The position requires compliance with safety protocols, background checks, and valid security credentials where applicable.

Qualificações

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout government offices, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working conditions varying by assignment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Maintain assigned equipment and complete accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.

As a Security Officer Armed CPO Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess a Certified Protection Officer certification.
• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
