Pay Rate: $28 / Hour

We have opportunities for experienced Security Officers! Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of combined security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
2. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
3. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

1. Be at least 21 years old.
2. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
3. Hold an armed guard card/license.
4. Undergo a background check compliant with all laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
5. Pass a drug screening as permitted by law.
6. Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
7. State and local licensing requirements must be met prior to employment.
8. A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles.
