Position: OC Probation Armed Security

• Must Have Resume
• 2 to 3 Month Post Employment Background
• Good Driving Record
• 3 - 5 Years Experience With Firearm
• Part Time Flex Shift; Full Time Possible
• Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when needed.
2. Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
3. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Undergo a background check compliant with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Pass a drug screening as permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
