Position Details

• Location: New London, CT
• Starting Pay: $23.76 / HR
• Part-Time: Includes Weekday(s) & Saturday
• Requirements: Firearms License, 21+ Years of Age, 1+ Years Security Experience
• Benefits: Paid Orientation, Paid Training, DailyPay Available

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Undergo background investigation as per laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
• State/local licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
