Job Title: Armed Security Officer (Full Time)

Position Details:

Role: Armed Security Officer (Full Time)

Location: Various industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Schedule: Overnight shifts, Mon - Fri, 11 pm - 7 am, 40 hours/week.

Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour.

Requirements: Must have Armed Virginia DCJS License with Firearm Endorsement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, with environment conditions varying by site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Six months of armed security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening.
• Participation in industry-specific training programs.
• State/local licensing requirements must be met prior to employment.
• Ability to pass a polygraph and fit test.

*A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
