Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and maintain a drug‑free status.
• Successful background check completion.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with valid proof.
• Pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) and complete all required training.
• Meet all relevant legal and contractual security requirements, including firearm possession eligibility.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License.
• Ability to remain alert, exercise good judgment, and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Maintain order and protect people and property from harm or theft
• Conduct roving patrols and monitor premises vigilantly
• Report incidents, hazards, and found articles accurately in writing
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergencies
• Control access to facilities and verify identities of visitors and personnel
• Use communication devices and client property responsibly
• Employ personal defense tactics and de‑escalation techniques when needed
