You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine unarmed patrols, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Documentation in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
