Job Description

Allied Universal Security is Hiring Security Officers! $15.00 - $18.00 / hour. Valid Driver’s License required for most positions. Join us for on-the-spot interviews on Wednesdays May 7th, 14th, 21st, and Thursday, May 29th. Stop in anytime between 10 am and 3 pm at 6200 Oak Tree Blvd, Independence, OH 44131.

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Must pass a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
