As a casual Response Security Officer, your duties will vary depending on the day and event, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. We need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour security training (additional trainings can be obtained during hiring)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Active driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
