Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Access Operations in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will protect client facilities by controlling access, verifying credentials, and patrolling site perimeters.

Customer service is essential as you interact with drivers, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities include monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and maintaining compliance with site procedures.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

As a Security Officer - Access Operationsin Litchfield Park, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a fast-paced operation. What You'll Do:
