Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Management in Earth City, MO. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain access records while delivering strong customer service for a logistics-focused site.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to site procedures. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with shifts primarily overnight Sunday through Thursday. Allied Universal emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and community impact.

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with law.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sun: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Support the orderly movement of vehicles, deliveries, and personnel while following established site procedures and communicating professionally with site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
