Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Enforcement in Mira Loma, CA to safeguard a food and beverage manufacturing facility. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, assist employees, visitors, and vendors, and maintain visitor records while upholding site policies and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents calmly, conducting patrols, and deterring unauthorized access.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18 years or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Help deter unauthorized access and prohibited items by conducting access-control screening, observing entry points, and reporting irregularities to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access issues, alarms, medical events, and facility emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
