Job summary

Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Security Officer Access Credentialing who will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor access at a food and beverage location. Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• License preferred (state/county/city-issued security license).
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Monitor entry and exit points, vehicle traffic, and delivery activity to help support controlled access to production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to access control concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security-related license, preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.
• Possess CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
