Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations.
• Communicate with site personnel and leadership, complete accurate activity reports, and follow client procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain required access-control records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, unauthorized-entry concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, complete accurate activity reports, and follow established post orders and client procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
