• Observe inbound and outbound traffic, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report access-control concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and delivery appointments as directed by site procedures, and control entry and exit of authorized vehicles, visitors, and personnel.
• Observe inbound and outbound traffic, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report unusual conditions or access-control concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services and/or supervisors when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
