Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Access Control Operations in Whitestown, IN. You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a logistics and distribution site.

Responsibilities include supervising access for employees and visitors, documenting vehicles, and responding calmly to incidents.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Operations in Whitestown, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and drivers while supporting orderly site operations. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying authorized entry, maintaining visitor and driver records, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle activity, support gate procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts according to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
