Responsibilities

Dispatcher

• Monitor CCTV Camera System
• Dispatch Patrol Officers to Locations
• Answer Regular phones and Emergency phones.
• Monitor Alarm Panels
• Respond to Radio calls
• Write reports
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information

Access Control Officer

• Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property
• Checking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate
• Understanding Marsec ( Maritime Security) Procedures
• Conduct Marsec Vehicle inspections
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience as a security officer

• TWIC Card preferred

Pay and Benefits:

• Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and assignment, from $12.48 to $12.75 / Hour
