Job summary

Allied Universal in Spartanburg, SC is hiring a full-time Security Officer to monitor and patrol assigned areas, control access, and deliver excellent customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.

Shifts are Morning, Mon–Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, with a pay rate of $17.51 per hour. The role includes training, career growth, and benefits such as health insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be performed as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintaining logs and communicating with authorized personnel.
