Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk while following site-specific security procedures.
• Greet, screen, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per access-control rules.
• Verify identification and credentials, maintain visitor records, issue temporary access credentials, and communicate entry requirements.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, cameras, and access-control systems; report irregularities and suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in line with site protocols and leadership instructions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor access requirements, and emergency response activities within an aerospace and defense location.
• Greet, screen, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with established access-control procedures.
• Verify identification and credentials, maintain visitor records, issue temporary access credentials, and communicate entry requirements professionally.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, cameras, and access-control systems as assigned; promptly report irregularities and suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
