Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Access Control Coordinator in Clinton, PA. You will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment while representing Allied Universal’s values of teamwork and integrity.

You will provide professional customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees, conduct patrols, respond to alarms, and document incidents following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, access-control issues, and incident details in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Pay Rate: $19.46 / Hour

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
