- Provide escort activities related to the protection of patrons, employees, and Company property.
- Observe and report violations of regulations, internal controls, or company policies.
- Interact professionally with internal departments and external agencies, including law enforcement.
- Document incidents and events accurately upon request.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Assist patrons and employees by providing information about locations and scheduled activities.
- Lead in employee and guest relations, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Maintain logs and reports such as key logs, ingress/egress logs, incident reports, and other documentation.
- Remain vigilant and conduct patrols to identify security issues.
- Perform escort duties per regulations and SOPs.
- Assist law enforcement agencies as needed, including arrest and detention support.
- Coordinate with external departments and manage crowd control during emergencies and events.
- Complete detailed incident reports involving patrons, employees, or property.
- Display knowledge of scheduled activities and events.
- Provide leadership in guest and employee security-related issues.
- Present a professional appearance reflecting pride and positivity.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies and fulfill security duties on Coast Guard certified vessels.
- Deliver service aligned with the company's core values: Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
- Report violations of gaming regulations immediately to the on-site IGC Agent and supervisors, following company policies.
Other Job Functions:
- Maintain consistent attendance as per company policies.
- Accurately record hours worked through signature and time card activities.
- Review logs and departmental updates regularly to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a visible patrol presence when not engaged in specific duties.
Properly operate and maintain all equipment, vehicles, and property related to duties.
