• Complete detailed incident reports involving patrons, employees, or property.
• Display knowledge of scheduled activities and events.
• Provide leadership in guest and employee security-related issues.
• Present a professional appearance reflecting pride and positivity.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies and fulfill security duties on Coast Guard certified vessels.

• Report violations of gaming regulations immediately to the on-site IGC Agent and supervisors, following company policies.

Other Job Functions:

• Maintain consistent attendance as per company policies.
• Accurately record hours worked through signature and time card activities.
• Review logs and departmental updates regularly to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a visible patrol presence when not engaged in specific duties.

Properly operate and maintain all equipment, vehicles, and property related to duties.
