St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for the Solon, OH area, working 2nd shift at the Cleveland Regional Office.

The role offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour with full-time status and weekend responsibilities. You will patrol, monitor risks, respond to incidents, and prepare detailed reports while delivering professional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong written communication skills for report writing.
• Ability to remain professional and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols (walking, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle).
• Monitor and identify security risks, hazards, and emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to company policies and post orders.
• Write detailed incident and activity reports.
• Provide customer service and interact professionally with visitors, employees, and clients.
• Perform site-specific security functions such as lobby/reception security and visitor management.
• Elevator and access control monitoring.
• Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and grooming standards.
• Participate in required training and orientation programs.
