Job summary

Kohanaiki Realty LLC is seeking a Security Officer for Kohanaiki Shores in Kailua-Kona, HI. This 24-hour security role covers access control, beach and park safety, and member interaction. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Responsibilities include loss prevention, property safety, and customer service to members and guests. Requires high school diploma, Guard Card, and valid U.S. driver’s license. Prior security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Guard Card Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Control of access in and out of the property to ensure property is secure.
• Act as a steward and ambassador of Kohanaiki and its values.
• Communication with members, guests, colleagues, and public.
• Inspection of all areas of property for safety and security.
• Ability respond to emergency calls in a calm and efficient manner.
• Attendance and punctuality at scheduled shifts.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and communication.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
