Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tyler, TX, is seeking a day-shift, full-time Security Officer to protect patients, visitors, and staff in a hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in law enforcement or institutional security, a TX security license (or within 90 days), a valid Texas driver’s license, and auto liability insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in Law Enforcement, an institutional security program, or honorable military service.
• Security officer license with the Texas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies or within 90 days of employment.
• Current Texas Driver’s License.
• Current Auto Liability Insurance in accordance with Texas Law.
• Some college education.
• Secondary Spanish language.
