Job summary

Weiser-Security-Services in Suwanee, GA seeks security officers for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role requires vigilance to protect assets, personnel, customers and visitors across assigned sites. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents under supervision of the Account/Branch Manager. Excellent reliability and ability to stand long hours are essential.

Pay is $16.50 per hour (firm). Training provided; room for growth within a local security team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to stand for long periods.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Ability to observe and report incidents.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Protect client assets, personnel, and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily incident reports as trained.
• Complete patrols per post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Follow company policies and local laws as stated in handbook.

Job description

Hiring for all 2 shifts: Full & Part Time

2nd: 2pm - 10pm

3rd: 10pm - 6am

Pay Rate: $16.50 (FIRM)

Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary:

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties:

Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.

Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.

Complete patrols as required by post orders

Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.

Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.

Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
