Job summary

Siriboe Protection Service LLC is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Short Hills, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining safety, order, and peace of mind for clients and communities we serve. If you take pride in protection, we want to hear from you!

You will monitor premises, respond to alarms, and maintain detailed security logs while providing excellent customer service and collaboration with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Security Officer registration or license preferred.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus.
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or disturbances
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Enforce facility rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and tenants
