Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking Flex Officers to join our on-site security team. This is a stable, part-time position with an on-call schedule and a straightforward pay rate of $19 per hour (training hours excluded).

You will protect client assets, monitor access, observe and report disturbances, and prepare daily logs. A current Class D Security License, clean background, reliable transportation, and 21+ are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a clean criminal background.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Protect client assets and personnel per post orders.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder; investigate disturbances.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the designated contact.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders and monitor access to property.
• Notify authorities in emergencies and document policy violations.

Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties

Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.

Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.

Complete patrols as required by post orders

Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.

Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.

Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
