The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in customer service and security, a California BSIS Guard Card, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within six months).

You’re a reliable, hands‑on professional who takes pride in keeping people and property safe. In this role, you’ll support the daily security operations of a commercial office building and play an important part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This position is a great opportunity if you’re looking to build a long‑term career in security within commercial real estate. You’ll gain practical experience working with a variety of systems and tools, while developing strong customer service and problem‑solving skills. In this role, you’ll work with security systems including cameras, access control (C-Cure), fire alarms, intercoms, radios, and more. You’ll also help manage after‑hours building access, document activity and incidents, and be ready to respond when situations arise.

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role $19.43/hr - $21/hr
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
