Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for part-time shifts in Monroe, MI. You will control access points, monitor CCTV, and patrol client sites to protect property and assets.

You must provide daily activity reports and maintain strong customer service with clear verbal and written communication. Candidates should have security or military background, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background and drug screenings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage access control points and monitor camera systems. Security officers may perform patrols to ensure the safety and security of client’s property and equipment from vandalism and theft. Patrols may be conducted on foot or by vehicle. Security Officers can work out of office buildings, guard shacks, construction sites, personal vehicles, or company vehicles. Security Officers will have to complete Daily Activity Reports every shift and Incident Reports when necessary. Security Officer will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Security Officers must have strong Customer Service and Written Skills, prior Security Experience, or military experience. In lieu of work experience, Security Officers may have equivalent experience in education in Criminal Justice or related fields of study. Security Officers must have knowledge of contract security industry.

There is a PT/28 hour position available (to include days & midnights)

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
• Strong Security skills/Must be reflected on Resume
• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
