Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is a family-owned security contractor serving clients across multiple states. This full-time 2nd shift role includes monitoring access control, inventory scanning at points of pickup, and guiding customers to appropriate areas.

Strong communication on radios and quality customer service are essential. Applicants should be able to pass a background check and drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and possess a high school

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass a Drug Screen.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control points and monitor entry/exit.
• Inventory purchased items at the access point and scan them out.
• Direct customers to proper pick-up areas for products.

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is a family owned and current owners are 3rd generations. Continental is a full-service contract security company. Continental has been in business since 1919, protecting our client's businesses or property. Continental's corporate office is located in Toledo, Ohio. Continental operates in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia.

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage access control points. Security Officers will inventory purchased items at the access control point and properly scan out the customer. You will direct customers to proper pick-up areas for certain products. Security Officers will need to communicate effectively on a 2-way radio with the client. Security Officer will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal and written communication skills. A basic understanding and knowledge of construction material is recommended.

This is a FT - 32hour position/2nd shift working Monday - Thursday

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

• Prefer strong Security Skills
