Securitas Security is seeking a Safety-minded Security Officer in Madison, WI for a full-time shift. You will perform access control, patrols, and client interactions while upholding safety and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shift.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
