Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Dispatcher for our North America Operations Center in Liberty, NC. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, dispatching response teams, and coordinating emergency communications 24/7/365.

This full-time, third-shift position pays $20.50 per hour, with benefits including insurance and paid training. Previous dispatch and security experience preferred, strong customer service skills required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid NC security license preferred
• Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Previous dispatch experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state licensing if applicable
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous security experience is a plus

Marksman Security Corporation is Now Hiring for a Communications Security Operator (Dispatcher)

Full Time Dispatch Security Officer (3rd Shift)

Site Location: Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC

Security Officer $20.50 p/hr.

3rd Shift (40 Hours)

Friday thru Tuesday 11:00pm - 7:00am

(Wednesday & Thursday Off)

Security Operations Center Experience is Required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.

You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365.

• Valid NC Driver's License - Clean Driving Record - Past 3 years
• Previous dispatch experience required

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS
