Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid security guard license, and CPR/AED certification, with prior security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance cameras.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing.
• Interview, gather information, investigate, and document incidents on the property.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.

QualificationsQualifications for Security Officer:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid security guard license in the state of employment
• Previous security-related work experience preferred
• Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
• Working knowledge of basic security techniques
• Able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Able to assist law enforcement authorities, including possible testimony in court and/or civil/criminal proceedings.
• AED and CPR certified
