Job summary

CoralTree Residence Collection is seeking a full-time Security Officer for Ka'anapali Ali'i in Lahaina, Hawaii. Patrols will protect guests, owners, and assets while acting as first responder to alarms and medical calls, with strict confidentiality on sensitive issues.

Qualifications include Hawaii Guard Card, CPR/First Aid (certification within 90 days), Hawaii driver's license, and availability for afternoon/evening/overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current Guard Card issued by the State of Hawaii.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; we will get you certified within your first 90 days.
• Current state of Hawaii Driver's License.
• Availability 5 days a week for afternoon/evening/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and ensure security of guests, owners, and assets.
• Serve as property first responder to alarms, medical calls, etc., and maintain confidentiality.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide detailed, objective reports for each shift or incident.
• Detect and resolve immediate safety issues; respond to incidents and act as emergency first responder when required.
