Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer for our Eau Claire, WI site. The role involves monitoring the premises, enforcing site rules, and assisting clients with access control and safety procedures.

You will patrol various locations, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service to employees and guests. Ideal candidates will have HS diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under stress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients via access control and patrolling.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire, WI
Wage: $19.50/HR
Schedule: Thurs - Sat: 6AM - 4PM & Sun: 4PM - 12AM
The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
