Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Variable (United States of America) Security Officer to provide 24-hour coverage of hospital premises, parking, and transportation safety.
You will observe and report hazards, assist patients, staff and visitors, conduct rounds, monitor behavior, and participate in emergency response. The role requires a high school diploma and Florida Class-D license; healthcare or security/military experience is preferred.
This individual performs the function of security, carrying out 24 hour coverage of the hospital premises. Responsible for all parking related services and transportation. Observes and reports safety and security hazards on the hospital premises and assists hospital personnel, visitors and patients whenever needed.
