Job summary

Benford Protection Group is seeking security professionals in Chicago, IL to provide a visible presence at the health center and surrounding areas. The role requires standing for long periods, monitoring entry points, and greeting patients and staff professionally.

20-Hour Unarmed Security Certificate
40-Hour Armed Security Certificate (if applicable)

Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Conduct routine patrols of the facility and grounds.
Control access to restricted areas and verify visitor credentials.
Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
De-escalate potentially volatile situations through conflict-resolution techniques.
Document incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences in detailed written reports.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire departments when necessary.

Enforce facility policies regarding safety, security, and visitor conduct.

Support special events, demonstrations, or public gatherings near the facility while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
